This document governs your use of the bay88 platform, including account registration, all gambling and gaming activities, deposit and withdrawal operations, bonus participation, and any communication with bay88 support. Please read it carefully before using the platform.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
2.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bay88. By creating a bay88 Account, depositing funds, participating in any Game, or otherwise using any feature of the bay88 platform, you conclusively accept these Terms in full.
2.2 If you are acting on behalf of another person, organization, or entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that party to these Terms, and by accepting these Terms, you do so both on your own behalf and on behalf of that party.
2.3 These Terms are supplemented by additional policies published by bay88, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific Game rules or promotion-specific terms published on the bay88 platform. In case of conflict, these Terms shall prevail unless a specific policy expressly states otherwise.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the bay88 platform. This requirement is mandatory under applicable Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced by bay88. Bay88 will request proof of age as part of the KYC process, and any Account found to have been created by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.

Bay88 does not make representations about the legality of online gambling in any specific locality. If it is unlawful for you to gamble online, you must not use the bay88 platform.
3.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account with bay88:
4.1 To use the real-money features of the bay88 platform, you must register a Player Account. Registration requires the provision of accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, email address, and date of birth.
4.2 One Account Per Player. Each Player may hold only one Account with bay88. Creating multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Upon discovery of duplicate Accounts, bay88 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any balances.
4.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any security credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, is your sole responsibility.
4.4 You must notify bay88 immediately via live chat support if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, if your credentials are lost or stolen, or if any transaction in your Account history appears suspicious or incorrect.
4.5 bay88 reserves the right to refuse Account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal.
5.1 bay88 is required by applicable regulations and its own internal compliance standards to verify the identity of Players before processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process requires the submission of a valid, government-issued Philippine photo identification document.
5.2 Accepted identification documents include: UMID, PhilSys National ID, Philippine Passport, Driver's License, PRC ID, and Voter's ID. bay88 reserves the right to request additional documentation, including proof of address or source of funds, where required for compliance purposes.
5.3 By submitting KYC documents, you represent and warrant that all information and documents provided are genuine, current, and belong to you. Submitting false, altered, or third-party identification documents constitutes fraud and will result in permanent Account closure and referral to relevant authorities.
5.4 KYC verification is typically completed within 1 to 24 business hours of document submission. During the verification period, withdrawals may be placed on hold. bay88 will not be liable for any losses alleged to have arisen from verification delays where documents were submitted accurately and in good faith.
6.1 Deposits. bay88 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, BPI, BDO, and GrabPay. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits via BPI and BDO may take 15 to 30 minutes. bay88 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply transaction charges independent of bay88.
6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may only be processed to a payment method registered in the Player's verified name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 for e-wallet channels. Withdrawals to bank accounts carry a minimum of ₱200. Verified Accounts processing GCash or Maya withdrawals will typically receive funds within 15 minutes during business hours. Bay88 reserves the right to request additional verification for large or unusual withdrawal requests.
6.3 Player Funds. Funds deposited into your bay88 Wallet are held for gambling purposes on the bay88 platform. bay88 does not pay interest on Wallet balances. Funds in a Player's Wallet are not insured by any Philippine deposit insurance programme.
6.4 Chargebacks and Reversals. Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your payment provider in relation to a bay88 transaction — whether fraudulently or otherwise — constitutes a breach of these Terms. bay88 will contest all unjustified chargebacks and may seek recovery of all associated costs.
7.1 bay88 may offer promotional bonuses including deposit match bonuses, free credits, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP-tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific wagering requirements, eligible game categories, and time limits published alongside each promotion.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account must be wagered a specified number of times before they, or any winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. Stakes placed on excluded game categories do not count toward wagering requirements.
7.3 bay88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time where there is reasonable cause to do so. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already begun participating, bay88 will make reasonable efforts to honour existing Bonus Funds subject to the original terms.
7.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated betting patterns to exploit bonus mechanics, or exploiting software errors or malfunctions — is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings, as well as Account suspension.
8.1 All Games available on the bay88 platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game's information panel. In the event of conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules govern for matters specifically related to game mechanics, and these Terms govern for matters related to the Player's Account, financial transactions, and general conduct.
8.2 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during a Game, the round may be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Wallet, or the malfunction may be corrected and the round replayed from its last valid state at bay88's determination. bay88 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any Game at any time.
8.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Each Game on the bay88 platform operates within published minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits may differ between game categories and individual tables. Bay88 reserves the right to amend bet limits at any time with reasonable notice.
8.4 Live Dealer Games. Results in live dealer games are determined by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheel, dice) operated by a human dealer in a professionally operated studio. The bay88 platform streams these results in real time. Disputes regarding live game results must be raised through the designated dispute process within 72 hours of the disputed round.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bay88 platform and will result in Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

10.2 Player Controls. Logged-in Players may access the following responsible gaming tools from their Account settings at any time: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session duration reminders, and self-exclusion. All tools take effect immediately upon activation.
10.3 Self-Exclusion. A Player who activates self-exclusion will be locked out of all real-money gaming features on the bay88 platform for the duration selected. During a self-exclusion period, bay88 will not send promotional communications to the excluded Player. Requests to reduce a self-exclusion period will not be processed until the original period has expired.

11.1 bay88 collects, uses, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and agree to the bay88 Privacy Policy.
11.2 bay88 processes personal data for purposes including Account management, payment processing, fraud detection and prevention, regulatory compliance, and customer support. Bay88 will not sell personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.
11.3 bay88 implements technical and organisational security measures to protect Player data, including 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions, access controls, and regular security audits.

12.1 All content on the bay88 platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, user interface design, text, logos, trademarks, and service marks — is owned by or licensed to bay88 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bay88 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
12.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the bay88 platform without prior written consent from bay88.
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bay88, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the bay88 platform.
13.2 bay88 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that game results will be favourable. Gambling by its nature involves risk, and no warranty is given as to the financial outcomes of any game or session.
13.3 In jurisdictions where the limitation of liability clauses in these Terms may not be fully enforceable, bay88's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you to your bay88 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.
14.1 bay88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player Account at any time and for any reason, including where bay88 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached any provision of these Terms, where required by applicable law or regulatory authority, or where continued operation of the Account poses a fraud or compliance risk.
14.2 Where an Account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Wallet balance may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms, subject to applicable law. Where an Account is closed at bay88's discretion and without a finding of Player breach, any verified real-money Wallet balance will be returned to the Player through the original deposit method within a reasonable time.
14.3 Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting bay88 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed after any pending withdrawal is completed and any open game round is resolved.
15.1 bay88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on the bay88 platform with a revised effective date. Where amendments are material, bay88 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players in advance via the contact details held on their Account.
15.2 Your continued use of the bay88 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact bay88 support to close your Account.
16.1 Initial Complaint. Any complaint or dispute regarding a Game result, transaction, Account decision, or these Terms must first be submitted to bay88 customer support via live chat or email to [email protected], providing full details of the matter including your Account username, date and time of the disputed event, and the nature of the complaint.
16.2 bay88 will acknowledge receipt of a complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days. Complex complaints may require additional time, and bay88 will communicate any extension to the responding party.
16.3 Escalation. If a complaint is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction through bay88's internal process, the Player may escalate the matter to the applicable gaming regulatory authority or a recognised alternative dispute resolution body, as appropriate to the circumstances and applicable regulations.
16.4 Pending the resolution of any dispute, bay88 may place a temporary hold on the portion of the Player's Wallet balance that is the subject of the dispute.
17.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws and gaming regulations of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
17.2 Subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 16, any legal action or proceeding arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the bay88 platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
