Data Retention

9.2   Account data and transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the last transaction or Account activity, as required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.

9.3   KYC documents are retained for the period required by applicable regulations, typically a minimum of five (5) years following Account closure.

9.4   Where a Player requests Account closure, bay88 will anonymise or delete personal data that is no longer required for legal, regulatory, or operational purposes, within a reasonable period following the closure request — subject to applicable minimum retention obligations.

14.3   Opting out of marketing communications does not affect the sending of service-related communications that are necessary for Account management — such as deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, and KYC status updates.

14.4   During a self-exclusion period, bay88 will suspend all marketing communications to the excluded Account in addition to restricting platform access.
